Hi @marcoslr to give you advice we will need to know the following;

What is the PC for
What is your budget
What monitor will you be using with it (especially important if for gaming)

If you could add the link to the configurator for your build that would also be helpful.

That's an ultrawide 1440p monitor. You are going to struggle a little at this budget to be honest. Do you have any flexibility? Would £1400 be a stretch you could manage?

If you are willing to transfer your current windows license, that could be put towards components?

Yes, I am aware that the 2060s graphic card might struggle with 1440p monitors, however the difference in price with the 2070 is quite large. Would a AMD 5700XT be better? Other suggestions?

It's not just the 1440p aspect of it, it's the width of it. It's basically 1.5x the pixels of a standard 1440p screen. You would be more looking at 2080 Super over the 2070 to run that particular screen. The 5700XT gets you to the ball park of the 2070 but it's not quite high enough to run at the potential of the monitor.

If you're happy to dial down the settings a bit then you should be absolutely fine but it's not going to be the optimum pairing for gaming at this budget unfortunately. Have you already bought the monitor? Could you return it for something more fitting? It's an absolutely cracking monitor but it would be a shame for it to go to waste.

This is a little over, but it gets you as close as I can for the budget. The 2070 Super will do OK with the resolution but, as stated, you may need to dial the settings down to get decent FPS. A quiet case is out of reach for the budget also, you would want the Define 7 but it's quite expensive. The S600 is not a good case for airflow/temps so not recommended.

Thank you so much for the advice, I will upgrade to 2070 super. Is the liquid cooling worth? Or does the amd cpu fun work well enough?

Thank you so much! I have followed your advice and ordered the same build :)

I'm sure you will be very happy. Now the waiting game begins haha, this part isn't so fun unfortunately.

When it arrives and you have put it through its paces, if you could post up your thoughts it would be really appreciated :)
