hello everyone, I have a problem with this app in my notebook, I can no longer use Sound Blaster Atlas to adjust audio settings.
I have a Defiance VII, I remember that the first day of use I was able to adjust my audio using Sound Blaster, but in the past few days I trying to adjust the audio again the app does not work and no longer detects any connected device (such you can see from the attached photo, sorry if it's in Italian).
how can I solve this problem?

Is this a PCSpecialist machine? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

We are trying to help - there is so much information within the full spec and model number that enables us to look things up and hopefully diagnose and remedy your issue.

We wouldnt ask for it we didnt think it would help.

If the model number is as @Nursemorph has put then there is a driver dated November 2020, version 2.0.0.48 - before posting the link though, please confirm that is the model number on the bottom of your machine as I dont want to point you to the wrong page in error.

To save time though, what version drivers are currently installed for the Atlas?

OK - that looks like software version rather than driver version.

Can you go into the Device Manager and find the Soundblaster Atlas in there and right click it > Properties > select the Driver tab and put a picture / or quote the Driver version number there please.

I will go find that driver I found earlier although might be slightly different due to the -D after the model number at that seemed to have a different section.

OK - I would rather someone like @SpyderTracks / @ nursemorph confirmed I have selected the right model, but here is a link to the downloads page for Clevo models: PCxxDxx-D

If you look about 2/3rds of the way down that list there is a 10_SBX.zip file dated 29/11/2020.

I suggest you wait for someone to confirm I got this right first and certainly do not look at installing anything else from this page unless you are experiencing other problems.

Hope this helps.
