Honestly? My thoughts are that that is a hell of a lot of money not spent terribly efficiently! What do you want to use the computer for? What display will you be using? Do you especially want a fully liquid cooled machine? They cost a lot more and are a pain to maintain, while not performing significantly better than an AIO-cooled system...

£5k is a lot of money, and while it’s hard to go wrong with that sort of budget, you can definitely get a lot more performance and a well balanced compared to what you’ve specced above.
If you could please answer the above then we can work speccing you something more appropriate

Hey, thanks for replying. I'm new to the world of PC building. I want to have the RTX 3090 and Intel i9, I'm not fussed with liquid cooling but open to most things. I would use the PC mostly for gaming, with the ability to be able to play any game I want, I would also use it for editing.
