After i set it up i ran a few basic checks

Case is a storm trooper CM

1) Incorrect installation of fan meaning that dust covers snag and therefore aren't removable / re-insertable easily
2) Incorrect installation of toolbox renders it useless
3) Product key is encrypted onto a disk rather than in a visible format
4) Disk for Nvidia graphics not included
5) Missing components of the case including the smaller front panels and panel where the optical drive and card reader are inserted
6) incorrect information on website - network card only operates at 150 MBs
7) Case stickers not included for any products
8) Installation of office 2010 trial edition which i specified was to be the starter edition

so yes all in all in not to happy with the building standard at all

Bad times that you have issues bud. Have you contacted PCS about any of them?

1) Don't really know the case enough to comment but if you post a pic someone might be able to help (if you have not sorted it already I mean)
2) What toolbox are you referring to?
3) What product key do you mean? (Windows should be on a sticker on the rear of your case for instance)
4) If you ring/email PCS they can send a driver disc although if I'm honest you are better downloading them direct from nVidia as the disc is probably out of date.
5) If you are referring to the blanking plate's for the drives I didn't think they were normally supplied really (I certainly didn't get mine) but if you ask I am sure PCS will supply them.
6) Not sure what network card you selected/received so cant comment about that.
7) If you ask for some case stickers. They maybe able to supply some, do you mean manufacturer stickers or stickers that were meant to come with the case?
8) I think the starter edition is a trial version of office is it not?

As I said above, it is definitely worth giving PCS a call as they will be able to send you the missing items/talk you through sorting everything else if necessary. Hope you get it sorted!

He means the removable dust filter trays that cover the case fan in/outtakes on the top and bottom of the case. I'm guessing he has a problem with the top exhaust fan.

There is a small hidden toolbox behind the silver coolermaster panel on the front of the case, at the bottom below the optical drives.

Ah right, well I guess you'll be the man to help if the OP describes the problems further (unless they've already sorted it out) :)

I was only missing the plate which was covering my DVD drive. However I did receive enough plates to cover all vacant slots, including one plate with a smaller adapter to house a floppy drive/card reader for example.

I assumed the OP was referring to the ones which would occupy the DVD drive etc., obviously if they is missing more than just the ones occupied by the DVD drive(s) etc. then they need to get in touch with PCS as I suggested.

No stickers come with the case that I know of. He probably means hardware stickers e.g. ASUS, Intel, Corsair.

Yeah, wasn't sure if the case came with anything, again, best advice would be to get in touch with PCS they might be able to send some if you ask :)
