Still waiting on my laptop at the moment it says in building but i phoned yesterday and they said it was booked for testing and that it should be dispatched today...i hope to god it is because I'm checking more and more....

Fair enough. I have read that power consumption is less with the 680m though (meaning longer battery life), but it's probably not enough to justify the extra cash.

Well I phoned them up and said it was in testing and should be finished tomorrow and dispatched on Monday. He said there's one guy running like 40 computer tests so he's running a little behind on updating the status information.

This is worrying; if one guy is running 40 tests at the same time, their quality checks will be affected for sure. I'll unleash hell if my Vortex arrives faulty.

Na they properly have more people for the quality control. I mean you don't need 10 people there staring at 1 computer just load up some software onto it and let it run.
