Hey everyone, sorry if some of the specs are in Italian. I translated the most important ones. Just a quick note: I only have 4GB of RAM in my order cause I already have 32GB (4x8) of Corsair 3200MHz RGB RAM sitting at home brand new, waiting to go in this PC. My PC is currently in test phase since the 7th of April, so a couple of days ago. Let me know what you think about it, would appreciate it a lot. I built this PC to the one I really wanted.

If your PC is in testing, there's not much we can do now without extra amendment fees, and delaying your build.

While there are elements I would potentially change, notably your storage config and PSU, it looks like a capable RGB filled build for 1440p gaming.

I think there is an italian version of the forum, if that helps?
It looks like a balanced setup, perhaps a little heavy with the cooler choice and the extra fan (you could of improved storage slightly instead) but should serve you well.

Hey there, indeed there is an Italian version of the forum, but I find the UK community for the PCS forum more active. Plus I have no problem whatsoever to write in English. Yeah maybe the CPU cooler is a bit over powered, but it’s the one I liked most for it. I added the extra fan because my case doesn’t come with a rear fan, but only with 3 front fans. What would you have changed with the storage?

Hey, thank you for replying. Why would you have changed the PSU? And with what? At the time I ordered, the RMx 750 wasn’t available unfortunately, otherwise my choice was going on that one. What else would you have changed? It can always help me in the future

I would probably have upgraded the m.2 to the 512GB model. Even if it's just Windows on there SSDs tend to slow down a bit as they fill up, so a 512GB is a much better option for only a little extra. Opting for the Samsung SSD is also a strange option. A 1tb PCS m.2 is actually cheaper than the 2.5 inch SSD and is substantially faster.

Understandable if the 750W RMx was out of stock, that would have been what I would have recommended, although 850W would also stand you in good stead for upgrades down the line.

The only 850 available at the time I ordered was the RM850. The Samsung SSD is in there cause I’m also a music producer, so DAW, plugins etc will all go on that SSD. I agree on the 256 M.2 SSD, but it’s how it is now 😂, and yeah it’s only for Windows

You really want your DAW on the OS drive, plugins on a second and projects on a 3rd, they should all be separated for optimal performance.

Definitely don't put the DAW on the second drive though, would actually reduce performance.
