What monitor would go best with this build? - All suggestions welcome

This is my potential first pc build and was wondering what monitor would be best for it? I would prefer a 144Hz if possible.
Also, any suggestions for changing the build would be appreciated :)

Thank you for replying! £200-300
That's gonna be just under the entry level for a decent 1440p monitor with adaptive sync (which is almost a given these days).

If you up your budget by £50, you could get the S2719DGF which is the same monitor but with freesync instead of gsync.

Then you can run it in compatibility mode as below:

If it were me, I'd choose an AMD build.

There's so many security concerns with Intel, every couple of months they have to patch them which further reduces performance.

They're also missing out on newer features that the AMD boards have such as PCIe4 and higher spec RAM. Plus they just run too damn hot.

If you're set with Intel, then I'd lower the cooler to the H100i, just a better cooler, up the M2 drive to a samsung and up the RAM Speed to 3200.
