Can you please be more clear?

What is "configure windows properly"? What is "master driver"?

If I consider reinstalling Windows, what do I need to do differently this time?
You ordered without an OS so you must know basic windows configuration, it’s exactly the same on any device except that a laptop includes a master driver

I already have control center installed
Yes, but windows hasn't been configured, master driver can’t be installed until windows is fully set up as it tied into all components and the BIOS which currently aren’t accounted for, so windows has no idea any of those components exist and can't connect to them. The master driver needs to be the very last thing installed as part of a clean install for the laptop to be able to function.

You need to first configure windows properly. if you’ve installed stuff like graphics and the master driver and software before you’ve properly configured windows, it will cause issues if your try to correct that at this stage.

Best course would be to start over with a clean install
Its already been explained what to do

In your shoes I would start from scratch. The partitions haven't been done properly either, best to let Windows wipe the entire drive when installing, this will make it much cleaner going forward.

Download the Chipset Driver & Control Centre so that they're ready to install after Windows has done it's first installation.

Do you have a screenshot available of the downloads in your account (The PCS account). Just so that I can see if there's anything else you should have ready.

Ok, did you install the chipset directly after installing Windows? You need to help us to help you, the more information and feedback we receive the more we can pinpoint what could be wrong. Right now, the only information I have is that you've installed Windows. I don't know the process you went through or if it was what was suggested?

Full clean install with all partitions removed.
Immediately after install, chipset drivers installed along with the control panel.
Once installed, allow Windows to update all drivers and install all the latest patches etc (multiple restarts typically).
Install optional driver packages from Windows update.

Serial IO may relate, but that's typically a UART driver. If you install the Intel discovery tool after the above that should find any missing Intel specific drivers that Windows hasn't updated.

After that, we can have a look at your Device manager to see which devices are missing and start to investigate them individually. I wouldn't recommend installing any more of the above unless specifically required.

Installing windows is just one part, you then have to configure the driver layer

That is all part of a clean install

Its never worth scrimping on a license if you don’t know how to manage windows
