Will the 5090 have sufficient cooling with this spec?

Hello!

I'm currently in the process of planning out my next PC, and it will include a 5090 GPU. One of the concerns I'm having with the spec that I have currently put together is if the 5090, and to an extent the CPU will receive sufficient cooling.

Although I love PCs, I'm not the most savy when it comes to parts so I don't know what is excessive and what could perhaps be underpowered.

So any suggested changes to the spec will be greatly appreciated:
