Since these forums belong to PCSpecialist who sell custom built PCs and laptops I'm afraid we can't advice on builds from elsewhere or self-builds.

This forum belongs to PC Specialist who build and serll custom PCs and laptops, so users can't give advice on self build projects. You could try an open forum like Tom's Hardware 
If you want to post a budget and intended use, people can always suggest a spec from PCS that you can weigh up vs any other options you're looking at. And you'd at least know the selection was compatible.
