The excitement is building. Edge of my seat in anticipation. Just over two hours until kick off in the first semi final when we will start to see the results. Anyway enough of me enjoying watching football in glorious UHD 4K for the first time and just letting you know the first semi final is kicking off later so be interesting to see how the predictions work out.

At chez Cooper, tonight’s beverage of choice for the football will be Brewdog’s Punk IPA. Which will be cheekily paired with sausage and mash, served with tenderstem broccoli and an onion gravy. I know nobody asked but I’m telling you all anyway 😛

Chicken cacciatore at chez Bigfoot tonight, I believe. I don’t have Spanish or Italian beer or wine to accompany tonight’s match. To ensure balance I had paella yesterday.

So - in the bigger charity extra time so far, its all square following a 1-1 draw between Spain and Italy (at 90 minutes).

And keeping up with tradition @SpyderTracks is bottom of the other game going on, with 4 players on 1 point each and the remaining 3 on 0 points.

If Im around, I might do live updates during the game tomorrow

20 minutes in and at 0-0 its looking like the main charity prize game is heading for penalties too (the final).

Game 2 out of 3 for the mini 'leftovers' tournament - and looking at this list @SpyderTracks will still be bottom

Game on, as Denmark take the lead 30 minutes into the game, this puts @ActuallyDenz in the running for the main prize and also gives @SpyderTracks the possibility of finishing with his first point in this competition (dont worry, I'll find some way to make sure he is still bottom).

As Denmark score a second goal of the evening at 39 minutes to level the scores in the match, it makes no change to the main game, but it now puts 6 of the 7 contenders in the mini prize game onto 1 point each...
