Windows Activation Key

I bought a laptop, just arrived today but Windows needs activation and it's just giving an error telling me the hardware was changed recently. I wasn't given an activation key so cannot resolve this on my own.

You need to contact PC Specialist - they will help you out.

This can be done very easily by the user, there’s no need to contact PCS for anyone reading

Doesn't your order page include the OS key?
If I'm not mistaken, it should be there.
