Would Fan Xpert 2 interfere with the CM Storm Troopers inbuilt Fan Controller, would it make it useless if using Fan Xpert 2....? ....

For the moment ive always got the Fans set to lowest, or sometimes maybe 1 setting higher. Ide probably only start doing higher fan speed settings when I start playing demanding games on the PC....

-Fan expert wcan potentially control all of your fans.
-you choose which fan(s) you want to control, such as cpu or chassis fans, but in your case the chassis fans are connected to the case fan controller, so they wont even show up on the fan expert.
-Generally, i'd suggest either leaving fan expert, but if you really want to have a "play" then set the cpu fan profile to turbo, which is bit faster than standard, but it shouldn't sound like a chinook taking off!
-I created my own "user" profile because my fans are relatively quiet at low speeds and when it heats up during some cpu intensive games (total war, bf3, arma 2/dayz, etc etc) I'd rather have my cpu as cool as possible even if its a little loud.

so to answer your question, no fan expert will not interfere with your case/chassis fans. :)

When I put the Troopers fan controller setting on highest, yeah I can hear them, but its not annoying or anything, in my opinion. The top 200mm fan blows out so much cool air, you can feel it near the carry handle. :) But obviously at the moment this is when im not doing anything intensive, but maybe that may change when i start gaming soon. This may sound silly, but so is the CPU Fan not controlled by the fan controller then, kz i cant tell ...? Does that just spin at 1 constant and unchangeable speed..?

Temps in degrees using Speccy say:

CPU: 34
Mobo: 31
SSD: 24
HD: 27

Does that sound normal...? What else can i use to check temps...? Maybe if I try more than 1 program Then ide know if its accurate or not

Those temps are good, you could try GPU Z for graphics card and core temp for CPU.
