Would like to be able to pre-order system with AMD Radeon 6900XT?

The 6900XT is coming out 8th of Dec, will it be possible to pre-order a system with this GPU now?

ok, so my point is will it be added "soon" so a system can be ordered.

It's my understanding that it'll be added on the day of release. In the same way the new 3xxx GPU's were released at a set time on a set day.
