Hello everyone,
Firstly, sorry if this is the wrong forum section.
I am having to RMA my PC in the next couple of days due to it refusing to boot and am just waiting on packaging to facilitate the RMA.
With that in mind and with my current silver warranty close to expiring, I am wondering if it's possible to extend my warranty in the event something else was to go wrong with my machine in the future. I am also considering extending it in the event that my warranty expires while the pc is at PCS and I end up being charged for any replacement parts while it is in their care.
Also, does anyone have any experience with RMA's and if so, what is the rma process like?
