Frame Rates Issues

hey guys i seem to be having alot of issues with FPS.

I have 3900x
3080 Gpu

Played call of duty Battle royale with everything on ultra on a 1080p Monitor ( waiting for new monitor to arrive ) I am getting 105FPS. I thought i should have been getting more than that. At least 200+ I seen people using 2080ti and hitting over 200fps. Any idea what the issue could be.

I am having it on a few games now.

Have you got Bullguard installed?

What refresh rate is the screen and how is it connected (hdmi, dp)?

That doesn't make a lot of sense.... Was that while the game was running? Or did you quit the game and take the reading?

Can you play the game and have task manager open and take a screenshot of the game exe's usage of GPU and CPU?
