The Lever wasn't really holding it in either. It was just kind of, hovering there.
Either way, absolutely no rattle! Glad I got to the bottom of that one, it was driving me crazy.
Thanks again PCS gurus!
Worked it out! I have an apology to make to the fans on the front of my case. Added a video with narration to explain what it was.

Hi guys! Firstly, my previous crashing issue has never happened since, so thankfully that one is in the rear view mirror.
My H500M case has some great air flow and the liquid cooling keeps all my components <70c which is brilliant. However, about a month ago, the front fan started rattling on...
Currently on a mission to gather enough iron for the armour. We've beaten the first two bosses. Really, really enjoying the game so far! Also installed Cyberpunk and Mount & Blade 2 so been kept quite busy with those!
I'm gonna call this one solved guys. Since I opened the case, the fan rattles which I'm looking how to fix (can't win them all!!) BUT no crashes at all, 4x8GB ram at 3533 MHz.
Great job everyone, thanks so much for helping out. I don't think I'll even bother PCS with this unless an issue crops...
Yikes, I tried to track the cable but it disappears into the bit I can't get at without a screwdriver and more courage.
Is this a straight forward job to plug it into the motherboard instead?
Just hit the button and it has indeed changed the colour! Does this mean the front fans aren't wired into the Mobo? (Sorry, pretty new to the world of custom builds)
Just FYI - no crashes, left the PC on all night. 48 hours is a safe baseline but looking strong so far! No noticeable change in errors in the event viewer either.
Not a huge issue at all, just something I've noticed that I'd like to try and fix.
My Coolermaster h500m comes with ARGB fans at the front. In addition, I have corsair ARGB fans at the top of the case. When I open iCue, I can see the corsair fans but I can't see the coolermaster fans on the...
Installing other 2 DIMMS now and setting RAM frequency to 3533 in the BIOS. Will let you guys know how it progresses - expecting outages within 48 hours of running.
I’ll get right on it this weekend ☺️ - I’ll begin with four x 3533 and see if that’s stable. If not, full kernel dumps will be made available on this thread 👍🏼👍🏼
