It now doesn’t seem to be appear after a restart of my device using the fixes in the article I sent the link in to. Does that mean it could have just been a neighbours device after disabling windows connect now that it isn’t appearing?
it’s the same as the Austin one shown in this form except mine is named Suez and the model name and number of mine is KFSUWI https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-security-winpc/amazon-device-randomly-showing-up-on-network/4e356dde-efc8-4d1a-a4ad-6295b28b5193
I’m not able to at the minute but it’s showing under the network manager tab as well as my PC and my router. It’s name is Suez and under properties it says manufacturer Amazon and the model is KFSUWI. It doesn’t have an IP address as it says unavailable either just a MAC address. I read a few...
Hi
I accidentally clicked the network tab on file explorer and noticed that there was a device named Suez which has no IP address and only a MAC address. The device was made by Amazon and after looking online appears to be commonly associative with a kindle or something. The only Amazon device...
I’m not able to move my PC to connect drirvetly to the router unfortunately due to where the router is. The power management was ticked on the adapter so I unticked it but still getting the same error. The strange thing is the WiFi appears to work fine and hasn’t been disconnecting me but the...
When I used the troubleshooter on the network adapter I was getting that an error was detected and getting the error I got in the title about the DNS sever. The only reason I checked this was because my internet kept disconnecting. It seems to let me browse the internet fine, why would I be...
Sorry for the late response I changed the DNS to the one you suggested but when i access network settings and trouble shoot I’m still getting the same error. I’m able to access the internet fine it’s just it will disconnect me after a while. Any other suggestions?
If you don’t mind me asking how do I do that? I’m in the UK will the cloud fare DNS still be fine to use and what difference does It make to the one I’m currently on
I noticed recently while gaming that my PC wouldn’t randomly disconnected from the internet. I ran the troubleshooter on my network adapter and I’m getting the error in the title. Can any advise how I can resolve this?
I also just ran the AMD chipset tool again as I seen that sorted the other guy that’s thread I was linked. I ran the tool again and it was still letting me update instead of saying I already have newer software installed as it did for you yesterday
Now that you mention that the blue screens I was getting while still in the process of setting up windows previously when I was trying to do the clean install of windows someone mentioned that I could be something to do with the WiFi card
Hopefully so. I played an hour of football manager after running uningine and it flickered once or twice and I thought It would blue screen but thankfully not.
Well so far so good. The updates looked to be something to do with Bluetooth I think. Which is why I didn’t do them.Could that have still caused the issue? It normally happens while gaming and running uninhine yesterday seemed to go well.
I don’t actually have my browser set to auto populate or have a password manager or anything which is why I thought it was a bit strange. But as it’s a safe download nothing to be concerned about it I assume?
It was showing as 72 at the highest so looks all good. Could the optional updates I did and reseating the M2 have been the cause of the issue. Also just a random question uningine seemed to already know my email address when I downloaded it is this because it’s the Microsoft account I’m signed...
