Keyboard backlight problem in Initia 16 laptop

Is there any was to keep the keyboard back light on, of Initia 16 laptop?

I already searched all possible Windows11 controls and BIOS...
The keyboard appears in the device manager as a Standard PS/2 keyboard alongside two other keyboard HID devices. I'm not sure if this is relevant but in the pointing devices section I see two instances of HID mouse - there is no distinct touchpad device listed there but both the touchpad and the fingerprint reader work fine.

I've seen couple of similar post on this forum but couldn't find a clear resolution... is this a lost cause?

The backlight should be controllable through the master driver which should be in running programs in the up arrow in the taskbar?

Master driver? What should I look for? On the right side of the task bar (includding the hidden icons) I only have Intel graphics control panel and the genetric 'Intel drivers and support'. Nothing else which would resemble anything related to drivers or any form of input devices configuration. Am I missing some particular software?

I don't know what it would be called on that chassis, it's a Bmorn N16LM0 chassis which I'm not familiar with.

But every laptop has a master driver that governs power limits and keyboard lights etc that are specific to that chassis.

On the other models it's called control center.

I take it you haven't wiped or reset windows since you've had it have you?

No, apart from normal windows updates there were no changes in the system.
It should be in running programs then if it is running.

Can you log into your PCS account and go to the support section, the. Downloads, click on the laptop order and in there you should see available drivers, can you post a screenshot?

The content of the full package does not seem to contain anything more than what's in the individual downloads.
