Quick Q - I've recently placed an order with PCS - it's now in the testing stage, during the building stage I was informed that the cooler I had chosen wouldn't fit the case I asked for (I think it slipped through as the original case I had chosen was out of stock but did fit my first choice cooler)
As a result of changing the cooler like recommended - I then proceeded to change some other items over the phone (this was whilst the pc was in the building stage) they said they wouldn't charge me for it as the new cooler was cheaper and I was just using the money they were going to refund me anyways (increased ram speed and upgraded ssd)
Have this annoying niggle in my head that seeing as the pc was already half built when I called (I called after 5pm, day end) could the person building my system have missed out on the other changes I had made ?
Has anyone had any experience of changing their order during the building stage and it being fine?
Really illogical worry but I've been eagerly awaiting the arrival of this system and the faff of having to return the pc to get the upgrades (if missed) would kill the hype around it for me! So anyone's comments with any experience or insight would greatly settle my pondering mind !
