Remove pc specialist logo on startup

You can’t flash the BIOS without PCS approval otherwise you’ll void your warranty.
This is ridiculous and control freakery. To be honest, if my pc breaks, they will take it back no matter what because it's under warranty and if it isn't then I would just go through my bank. I don't need any company to tell me what I can and can't do with the PC I just paid £2k for. It's just using us for advertising and why should we put up with that. PC specialist needs to change their stance because all this does is put me off buying another PC with them when the time comes. It's not like we can't fix our own PCs, we can. I may be a woman but I am capable of going into my bios and changing things. I am also capable of fixing my own PC. However, if a part breaks, they WILL replace it or be damned. :) Just sayin'

Not sure if you're just trolling...but changing BIOS settings is not the same as changing BIOS...but you obviously don't need that mansplaining to you!

So, if you buy a car, put your custom ECU software onto it and break something, you'd expect the car manufacturer to honour their warranty - the terms of which you wilfully broke?

But changing any default digital settings on your car's sat-nav, air-con, in-car entertainment system would not invalidate your car warranty.

Just sayin'

Going into the BIOS to change settings (which is fine BTW), is not the same as overwriting the PCS BIOS with another/newer BIOS that may have instabilities that PCS has not tested/resolved. Don't forget there was a period when Asus motherboards were killing AMD X3D CPUs due to incorrect settings...so if you'd installed the Asus BIOS over the PCS one and the motherboard or CPU got damaged, you'd have to hope PCS goodwill would cover you (in most cases it would, but that's why it's better to ask permission to change the installed BIOS BEFORE doing so).

But if you'd just like to disable the boot logo completely (which isn't flashing the BIOS) rather than swapping it for something else (which is what the original post you necro'd is about), you can find the instructions in your motherboard's BIOS manual...usually just a simple matter of switching off 'Boot Logo Display' on an Asus motherboard.

Oh dear.
Suggest reading up on what warranty is
Then suggest reading up on what a BIOS is
Then I suggest you actually read PCS warranty as sounds like you don't understand their terms. It's section 7 from below:

User error isn't covered by any warranty in the world

Warranty is not insurance.

That's if you are actually a customer rather than simply bored.
