Not likely an issue, it will be because you have updated your bios. Worth noting you should have sought approval from PCS before updating the BIOS (hopefully you have but just a reminder). If you want the PCS logo back give PCS a shout and they may be able to help.

Morning! I would just go straight to 'fresh install', I don't think its required to finish the out of the box windows experience (you obviously can, just to make sure it all turns on and functions if you like). Do any benchmarks you like and then get using the PC :) Defender is definitely good...
