PCSPECIALIST Clevo P775TM1-G (Octane VI) DC Jack

I don't know specifically unfortunately, was a manual/similar not supplied for the laptop it might be detailed in there? If it were me, I'd probably first ask PCS to see if they can supply a replacement power adapter or advise on the part number of the specific adapter/cable needed. You can...

    PCSPECIALIST new laptop spec proposal

Can you copy/paste your spec rather than using a snip/image as its much easier to read, format and there's a configurable link to your spec at the bottom. https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/threads/please-read-before-posting-collaboration-of-helpful-hints.77691/

    PCSPECIALIST Upgrade

Timeframes vary wildly, I would expect it will depend on if you're looking to send your entire rig back for PCS to install your upgrade or whether you're just looking to purchase the component and fit it yourself (I'd strongly suggest the latter is quicker). Best way to find out is to...

    PCSPECIALIST BIOS updating

My opinion on this (for what its worth, not a lot really), I think a lot of this is down to anecdotal reasoning from users. For example, I read the above response from ubuysa and thought to myself, I'm pretty sure that I've had issues and ended up reinstalling windows this seems to have fixed...

PCSPECIALIST rgb not able to turn off

First thing I'd suggest is to get in touch with PCS and register the PC with them that way they will be able to provide tech support if you're needing. Are you meaning it doesn't turn off when the PC turns off? In the short term I suppose you could turn the power off at the wall but I...

    PCSPECIALIST boot logo

Not likely an issue, it will be because you have updated your bios. Worth noting you should have sought approval from PCS before updating the BIOS (hopefully you have but just a reminder). If you want the PCS logo back give PCS a shout and they may be able to help.

PCSPECIALIST New pc first use query

Morning! I would just go straight to 'fresh install', I don't think its required to finish the out of the box windows experience (you obviously can, just to make sure it all turns on and functions if you like). Do any benchmarks you like and then get using the PC :) Defender is definitely good...

    PCSPECIALIST What I'm playing

I know its not the same game, but this reminded me of probably one of the first PC games I ever played Cyberia 2 https://store.steampowered.com/app/717720/Cyberia_2_Resurrection/ Whilst I want to say I enjoyed it, my memories of it are somewhat cloudy and nostalgia driven!

PCSPECIALIST New PCs - Living Room and Main

Appreciate the steer(s) and advice! I'd expect the limit in the case is mostly down to length rather than any other space per say but aye can give PCS a shout to see how we get on!

PCSPECIALIST New PCs - Living Room and Main

Tried streaming to the TV with my mesh setup and the minor input lag is too much for Mrs360 for anything other than the most casual of games... and we... (well maybe more I) really enjoy gaming with her so... well... here we go. We played Split Fiction via streaming recently and whilst it did...

PCSPECIALIST New PCs - Living Room and Main

Hello all. Asking for some advice as is customary! Please don't hold back, I'm a bit of a fud so probably have gone overkill on all fronts but 'this is the way' I suppose... hence asking :) Budget for the two PCs is somewhere in the region of £6.5K can stretch or obviously relax this as...
