Very much so. A H100i Capellix does proud for my 5800X. With a 5600X you'll probably forget it's even there tbh.

You'd be better served with a 5600X CPU for gaming (cheaper too) with a decent m.2 for the OS and immediate/associated apps (980 Pro will do) and a 1Tb SSD for game installs if not another m.2 in the spare slot (870 EVO or 970 plus respectively) might as well make use of it, especially for later...
