Just an update on my order of the 17.3in Valeon RTX3080 I phoned PCS today (they are Quick and friendly, Nice 10 out 10 for phone service) and gently told me I would be waiting until July 15th for the case to arrive and my laptop will posted out to me about the end of July. Oh well it is what is.

As @SpyderTracks pointed out it's more then likely you gpu/Game setting's thats causing your issue. As the read out's you have provided tell me that the gpu hardware is running with in spec.

To me what you have presented in the image's suggest nothing majorly wrong. Your GPU temp's are good under load so I would rule hardware and start looking at software ie Drivers, graphics setting's, background software, windows 10. Hwinfo is very useful in giving you up to the second info of...

@Norveu Im not 100% but when you did the fresh install did you all so install the intel and Nvidia VGA drivers for the motherboard in your laptop eg gigabit. ( not that i know which make of motherboard you have) if you want to find out more info of what your laptop is doing I would recommend...

after reading post's of people waiting an avg of 100+ days for a RTX3080, is this the same avg wait time for laptops with 3080's in them as well? What is the new avg wait time for a RTX3000 laptop orders, from paying for it and it arriving at the customers door? also if it is a hundred days+...

Peaking at 84c under heavy load is not to bad but would be better if it was under 80c with an overclock of say 4.6/4.7ghz. your cpu will start to throttle at 90c max. So if you can maybe upgrade the cooler (360mm rad) and/or better thermal paste.

You could try looking in the bios and see if it's turned off there. Question is the optimus a clevo laptop? If so you mite want to try reinstalling the control center 2.0 or visit: https://www.clevo.com.tw/en/e-services/Download/default.asp . for the drivers for the hotkeys.
