    Yes you can mix more modern Ram Memory but there may be a bit of a tweaking to get it working Not sure if this is any use to you now.

    Same as @sck451 ,@MrWilson I would change the 64gb ram for 32gb 3600mhz (as AMD works better with faster RAM), But as for the rest of the system this will be good for AAA gaming for 3+ years.

    If your not using high end graphic's app's eg. Rendering. I would drop the 3080 and go for the 3070 as there is only about avg 15-20% at best better performance in gaming using a rtx 3080 over the rtx 3070 Edit check this review out:
