Hi, first of all, I tried to link the specs but since I amended the order twice to increase the ram and change the GPU it wouldn't show the updated specs, anyway it might not be relevant at all.
So, in May I acquired an "Elimina Series: 17.3" Matte Full HD 144Hz 72% NTSC LED Widescreen" and everything is fine with it, however when I try to do an update from windows 10 to 11, after windows install all the stuff for the update and reboot the laptop just stall at the PC Specialist logo, the dots on the screen do like half of a spin of the loading and then stucks.
Is there any pre-setting in BIOS from your side that could make this happen?
I know that formatting the PC would work, however, it isn't an option for me right now.
