Frame 4000D RS will take those components no problem, not sure why they would suggest otherwise. 4000D could be different though, but you don't want that case when the RS Frame is available.

Always best to get advice before taking the leap. There may be other areas of concern in your build (The case for starters). Everything will work, the config creator ensures compatibility, but value for money and ideal selections can be easily overlooked or misunderstood.

Have you checked the balance for airflow? Front and side intake with the top and rear being extract?
